Exhibition Information
What's new for the 2026 Exhibition:
- Artists are being asked to pay their
entry fees prior to submitting their forms. All artists
are advised to read the instructions
before filling out the Show Entry Form because of this
new request.
- Sculpture artists are required to submit
digital images of their artworks by email to MASF before the
entry deadline.
Photography Tips:
For sculptors, who are required to submit
their own images, and other artists who wish to submit their
own photographs of their artwork for the Online Exhibition, click here for instructions.

Please submit your Entry Form after
August 1st, 2025, and schedule mailing of artwork to arrive
between August 15th & September
26th, 2025.
Artists who want to hand-deliver
their artwork entries to the MASF studio may contact MASF at
admin@miniatureartsocietyofflorida.com to schedule a delivery
time. Note that the studio is open by appointment only.

Some artists
have not been clicking SUBMIT on their form after paying their
entry fees, so please, everybody, follow these simple steps:
Fill out entry form.
1. If payment by electronic method, click Zeffy payment button.
If by check, enter check # and go to step 4.
2. Complete payment.
3. Go back to entry form and enter payment confirmation # your
received via email.
4. Click PRINT. Make two copies.
5. Click SUBMIT. Wait for screen to change to message
"Your form has been.....
6. You may now exit or choose to go back to the form if needed. |

Show Runs - January 18th - February 15th at the Leepa-Rattner
Museum of Art (LRMA), Tarpon Springs, FL
Show/Activity Schedule:
Saturday, January 17th: Collectors Preview (No Invitation Necessary):
LRMA, 10AM-5PM
Sunday, January 18th: Awards Brunch 9AM-12PM
Sunday, January 18th: MAA Annual Meeting (Open to the public:
LRMA, @2-4PM)
Sunday, January 18th: Public Opening: 1PM-5PM
- Volunteers are welcome for all activities involving show set-up
and dismantle.
The 2026 MASF Exhibition
will be held at the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art (LRMA)

Hours: Tuesday - Thursday 10AM - 5PM; Friday 10AM - 4PM; Saturday
10AM - 5PM; Sunday 1 - 5PM; Closed Mondays and National Holidays
